For the past 25 years we have specialized in medium roast coffees that gives you a rich flavor profile full of chocolate and caramel, but still highlights the special elements in each origin.

As individuals with backgrounds in Christian ministry we strive to always be buying and roasting coffee that you can feel good about drinking and serving your guests. Coffee is an increasingly complex industry, but we will always do our best to make sure your coffee is ethically sourced.

Training
The single most common issue we see at coffee shops is a lack of quality training, not quality of product. Owners who open coffee shops often have very little hands on experience working the bar. They want to make great coffee but it is a hard skill set to learn without guidance.

We offer training on every aspect of the equipment that we sell. We can arrange onsite training for you and your staff, or we can work with you in our training center located at our roastery.

Barista Training with emphasis in proper espresso preparation and milk steaming is the backbone of our training regimen. We are prepared to work with you on everything from brewing basics, to latte art and proper equipment maintenance.
